I have a 1993 4 cylinder Ranger with about 110,000 miles. Once it is warmed up it stalls. When I try to restart it acts like it is flooded. Give it a few minutes and it will start again. In about a 5 mile trip it may do this 2 or 3 times. I changed the air filter, but not sure what else to check since it runs fine cold.

check your fuel pressure regulator, if it is fuel injected
