98 Ranger engine and air bag lights

Question 98 Ranger engine and air bag lights
I have a 98 Ranger and the engine light come on and most of the time it is a misfire on #4 cylinder. I have done tune ups on it but it will come back. Also my airbag light has been coming on and will flash 25 and the pass airbag says off when it is in the on possition. Any thoughts?
