Default fuel pump

I just had to get my fuel pump replaced for the second time in about 1 1/2 years. I was just wondering if there could be something causing the pump to crap out on me, or just some bad luck?

Default RE: fuel pump

First,,,

Who's pump,, what brand was it replaced with? OEM?.

One of the things that helps with pump longevity, is to keep the fuel tank 'around' a 1/4 full if possible.. The 'in tank' pumps need the fuel for cooling..
