Default NARROWED DOWN TO A FEW OPTIONS WITH FLEXPLATE PROBLEM!

here are the reasons it could be.. trans/engine alignment problem, trans. front pump bushings may be worn & allow plate to to move over spec. or actually bow the plate side to side/back and forth..check crankshaft end play for excessive movement, torque converter for ballooning, and the flexplate spacer/bolts for correct app. and or wear? anyone got any suggestions to these? these were authorized by a certified tech.. thankss! btw, i dont have a CLUE as to what ANY of these mean.. im not a mechanically inclined kinda girl.. sorry
