OBD scanner

I have a 2001 Ranger 4x4 step side, tried hooking up scanner but it wont power up. Is there a fuse or relay that might be blown?

yes, it works fine

The cig/power point fuse generally powers the DLC. Usually the first to pop using add ins and such..
