Ranger 2001 - Brake Pandal has NO pressure
Greetings all,
1st of all, I'm not too sure if this is the right formrum/section to post my problem. If it's not, my apologies are on the way.
Anyways, I just become a Ford Ranger 2001 owner for a month. I recently have a problem with the brake padal; I can push it on the way to the floor, but no pressure of any kind. Checked all the master/slave cylinders and rear brakes - left and right. No sign of leaking at all. Can anybody shade the light on my way as I'm trying to fix it myself (since I have no $$$ to take her to the local stealership).?
Thanks in advance for your responses!
Regards,
Rangerman

If you decide to change the master cylinder make sure you check for the proper procedure for bench bleeding and brake system bleeding. Many times the procedure comes with the new/rebuilt cylinder, but it's very important to do it properly. Your life and others may depend on whether the job was done correctly. If not sure , just ask ,thats why we are here
