I have a 1999 ford XL ranger.The signal or flasers don't work.Yes, i check all the fuses and wiring.Only think not check is the signal flasher...why..CAN"T find it..Grrrrrrrr.I look all over under dash.

I believe it's an electronic flasher and has 5 or 6 terminals on it. It plugs in with a group of other relays and that is what makes it difficult to find. What has helped other people was to purchase a new flasher so you know what it looks like then go and look for that part under the dash after you remove the lower cover under the steering column.
