Cool Starting issues

Hello, I have a 94 ranger with a 3.0. I am having periodic starting issue. Replaced the fuel pump relay and fuel filter. Getting fuel pressure. Also replaced the ignition control module. It turns over but does not get any spark. I have tried starting it in the flooded mode but that did not good. Still acts like it is not getting spark. Had it at a garage and they said my relay for the ignition control may be bad. They were supposed to get back with me for a quote but I guess they are having trouble finding the part. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. If the relay could be the trouble where is it located?? Getting tired of waiting on these guys to get back to me.

Did you verify that it's actually getting spark? If you are getting spark, you may have a bad/green ground for the computer causing the injectors not to inject fuel. To verify this, spray some starting fluid into the intake. If it fires up, then you're not getting fuel.
