Default Starting Problem

I have a 1994 Ranger that will start every time I try but almost immediatly dies. I have replace the fuel filter recently but other than that everything else on the fule system is factory stock. Once after it started I quickly work the throttle and it continued to run very roughly then died when I stoped.

Any ideas?

You may want to check your O2 sensors. I think there are two. one on the manifold and one after the catalytic convertor. They control the mixture of O2 and Gas that your computer allows.

Default RE: Starting Problem

I thought I should post a followup and let everyone know what I found to be the problem.

A spider had built a nest inside the MAF. Cleaned out the nest and the truck runs fine.

Thanks for the responce.
