Power Stereing Problem?

I have a 2003 sport trac and when I accelerate and turn the steering wheel the truck sort of vibrates/suffers. Left and right turns. Does anyone have ideas on this problem? Thanks

A quick check,
Could it be in 4WD when it should not be?
