did the problem start after the tires were replaced?

Canadian tire or walmart brand tires are junk. a brand new set of Canadian tire SE 's shook the steering and dash out of my car at any speed higher that 60mph.
Only way to rule them out is to road force balance them or swap known good tires.

Other possible causes are worn engine mounts or bad cv shaft.

Ball joints, strut rod bushings, inner tie rod ends, front wheel bearings, CV joints, poor tire tread design or bad tires as suggested above, to suggest a few additional possibilities.

Someplace you can start and that is as suggested earlier try switching one rear tire to the front, see if any improvement. If not switch the other rear tire. That would eliminate all four tires as a possibility unless they are all poorly balanced.

Something else to look at...Lost wheel weight...

I had a 2000 Taurus that I had new sneakers put on all 4 corners. I also has a shimmy start around 65MPH on the thruway, but only when in the left lane. Turned out to be a wheel weight popped off shortly are the tires were installed. Rebalance and reweighted cleared my issue.
