Question 1989 T-bird AOD transmission

So I have the tranny out of the car. Changing the front and rear seal and the dipstick tube seal.

My question is, Is there anything else I really should replace while I have it out?

That's already done. But the tranny doesn't need to be out of the car for that. I was thinking more of things that can only be done (or are a lot easier) if the tranny is out.

The shift governor used to like to come loose on the AOD, but if was normal ops, no need for inspection.
10lbs is good..

When changing the rear seal I notice the trans output shaft moves laterally about 1/8 inch. Is that normal? I am thinking it shouldn't be moving at all.
