Since you have eliminated the coil and ign module, there may be only two things left. The entire system requires a tach signal from the pick-up coil in the distributor. If that coil is opening when warm there will be no signal to the rest of the ign system. The dist has to be removed to replace this and you might want to do some checking on how to accomplish this since the procedure is a little lengthy to write. The other possibility cold be a poor connection from the ign switch on to the coil and that can be checked with a test lite or multimeter at the time it cuts off. You would just have to confirm there is power available to the coil with the ign switch on when it quits running. If the power is there then I would go after the pick-up coil in the dist. You can confirm this by placing the clip of the test lite on to the positive battery post and touch the probe end to the other side of the coil. When cranking the test light should blink if the circuit is being grounded to produce the spark from the coil. If the pick-up coil is now open there would be no ground signal to the coil and it wouldn't blink.

Ok this is what I replaced so far ICM coil both O2 sensors and the distributor and I redid both grounds by the battery. Every now and then it will start and run but you go back and try again it will not start. This car has me stumped.

Anytime it will not start you need to verify that it either has spark or not. What kind of test equip do you have to use aside from the scanner ?
