when running my car engine jumps when shifting and lose in power and people tell me its the valves and also my car shuts off when slowing down and have to keep throttle high plz help and messege me back iny Q's

 

I have no idea what "iny Q's" means but I did have some part of what you are talking about happen with my Tbird, where it would stall when I was going very slow. I just ran a couple of Tank Fulls of Gas with some injector cleaner/fuel water remover and after a while the problem went away.

But I can't really address the other two problems....are there any check engine lights associated with this problem? That of course assumes that you have an electronic fuel injection engine.

 

May not hurt to check motor mounts and fuelk filter too.
