Default 96, V6, T Bird fuel pump

My 96, V6, T bird was running fine until one day it started sputtering. I was intermintant all day and now wont start at all. There is a schrader valve on the fuel line at the intake manifold. I press it and there is maybe 5 psi of fuel coming out. Can anyone tell me how many psi there should be ??? Also checked spark with a screwdriver between the boot and distributor cap and had a good arc. HELP !!!

Default fuel pressure

You should have 20 to 40 psi to run the injectors, Where are you from, I have one I pulled from a 96 with a v6 in it. Thanks, Rob
