( supercharger and top half pulled off )..i have repaired head gaskets in older cars a 69 stang 302 and a 65 f-100 352bb, but never worked on a fi car before..is this a diffcult task on these cars or something i can jam out over a solid weekend..im a ok mechanic...also w/ a 5spd trans how well do these hold up

It will not be much more difficult - just pay attention to the torque spec.'s and use head gaskets FOR superchargers. 5 speed transmissions do not buffer the power output as well as automatics.

i wanted ask another question im going to tackle this project but i was wondering, if its been sitting is the coolant on the pistons going to create a rust problem ( sitting 7-12 monthes )..if it does creat a problem what could i do? rebuild entire block, or is there a palce to buy a block already to be dropped in?

Definite rust problem. Rebuild if possible or get a remanufactured supercharger applicable engine. Standard motor innards usually are NOT designed to handle a supercharger.

Maybe didn't turn over 'cause a sensor was disconnected. Maybe he threw a piston sideways. White smoke can be head gasket or cracked head or cracked block.
