Can anyone tell me what year engines and transmission will fit my 1995 T-bird V8 without major changes? Ya I can switch over the sensors, and intake manifold or something simple, but no major overhauls please. I also have a Lincoln Mark VIII I plan on replacing engine and transmission too.

You can use pretty much any pre-2000 SOHC 4.6L.
