Question Help with Power Window Clamp Adhesive

I have an 88 TBird and the door window has pulled out of the plastic u-clip that attaches the window to the power mechanics. All I need to do is glue the window back in the u-clip but I can't find an adhesive that works. Tried silicon which stuck to the window but not the plastic u-clip. Tried glass epoxy which stuck to the u-clip but not to the window. Tried all over the internet trying to find an adhesive to use. Anyone know?

Most auto supply stores would have a Urethane adhesive that is used to hold a windshield in place. That adhesive should do the trick.
