still not right

Default still not right
I have posted on here with past problems now I have a new one. My Sc isn't getting any vacuum,I disconnected all the lines coming from it to see if I had a leak and I still have almost nothing on the gauge.plz some one help I have been working on this car for almost a year and just when I think I'm ready for the road,boom something else shows up.
