Default tips

hey just a quick question...i bought a 95 mercury cougar with a 4.6L and i was wondering what kinda modifications i can do for free...ne suggestions?

If you have wrenches and time - take out the interior and delete the padding under the carpets and elsewhere. It will make an increase in cabin noise and a slight increase in fuel mileage (less weight translates into better fuel mileage).

Yes, I would agree that is just about all you can do when you want it for free, there are other things you could do but that would make your car louder than a Harley (Yep...remove the pipes).

If you were an actual Mechanic then of course youcould do some research and mabye tweaka few things, but even that would probably have some cost to it.
