Default 02 f250 5.4 misfire

I have read all forums i can find i have forscan but for the life of me i cant figure out this misfire and stalling. It will misfire under load and randomly at idle. It gets a little better when warm. It stalls completley randomly allways when i am stopped though the od light will blink and it will miss a time or two then shut down but it starts right back up and wont stall if i start driving immediatley. But it is so random i can never put it on forscan and see why its doing it it seems to stall more after sitting for hours and only in first 10 min of driving but it wont stall after that codes i have is p0720 and p0171 because manifold exhaust leak that is on the list to get done misfire i just dont get what could cause a stalll with no common symptoms along with it other than it misfires like 2 timws right before it dies and it shuts of as if you turned the key it shuts right down it dosent try to stay running

The engine can't run correctly if at all without a good crank signal. Might be a good move to check the crankshaft sensor and it's wiring and connections.

Once you correct the exhaust manifold problem the code might just go away.

There have been problems with moisture getting into the GEM module , check that for moisture /corrosion. Can produce all sorts of multiple problems that defy explanation.

The moisture gets in there because the windshield leaks on the driver's side.

Ive read that bad cop coils can cause similar issues but i just dont understand how a coil pack could cause random misfires and stalling at stops when engine is warming up
