05 Explorer ABS light on and can only drive with Adv Trak off??

05 Explorer ABS light on and can only drive with Adv Trak off??
05 explorer 4.0, ABS light came on and locked up truck, could only drive 5mph, then adv trak turned off and I was able to drive. I can only drive it now with adv trak off. Also 4x4 high light flashes, but 4x4 not engaged. Any advice?

Take it to a machanic to get the codes from the vehicle then you will know where to start with fixing it.
