Oh, I am rebuilding my high-pressure oil pump on my 99 Ford F250 XLT 7.3 L turbo diesel. I’ve never done one of these Before but I’ve done many other parts for many different CC vehicles. Anyway i removed all the nuts and bolts that needed some attention and new seals. I didn’t see this in the pump when i was parts off, i should’ve paid more attention. So as I’m cleaning the pump bring it ready for O-rings and thread locker this small rectangular part with skis on both ends perpendicular to each other hits my foot. I will attach a pic. Where does it go? Need to get my truck on the road for work on Monday. I’m the boss and need to have told in dire for everyone
