My SUV just died on the road last week.
After a week of trouble shooting,I found out it was the IDM.
It was replaced and the truck started right up.
FYI:JUst keep that in the back of your mind if this happens to you

IDM health/response should have been available on initial diagnostics and functional testing even without a running engine. Since the shop claimed no testing could be done because of a non running engine, a few simple checks should have reduced that trouble shooting time quite a bit
