2001 Ford Explorer Sport Not turning over

Default 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Not turning over

No internal lights at all
Seems like dead battery, but battery is giving 12.5 volts

Any help is much appreciated!

Probably it is not getting any ground. That could be one problem..

In addition to checking the ground cable and connections as vanessar stated , you might also check the positive cable connections from the battery to the underhood power panel.
