Hi, sorry to be a noob and come here asking for advice but i'm really stuck.

My Fiesta started cutting out on me around 6 weeks ago and idling quite high, 1500 - 2000.

Its stopped cutting out now but the high idle is still their.

Other information is,
EML has been on for the 2 years i had the car, CAT is damaged though still good for MOT.
Had quite a shoody crash repair job done in january.
Car does not have an ICV

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like a MAF or MAP sensor problem, can you stabalize the idle if you unplug any of these items while engine is running? also try the TPS
