I have a 2005 f150 4.2. It started out with a code of p0174 p0175 p0305. I replaced all plugs new egr valve cleaned throttle body and mass air flow sensor. Reset codes and p0300 came up and p0305 came back up. Now p0300 is gone and it's back to p0174 and p0305. What else can I do. It stutters when in drive and not moving but idles fine in park. Under acceleration it runs rough and doesn't change.

 

Something like this is difficult to diagnose over the net.
A compression test would be a good place to start and might reveal unknown problems.

Sometimes things like this can be just little things, then other times it can open up to some serious $$.
A coil that is having problems can be one of the little things, whereas a valve spring is a little bigger item to consider.
Have you considered having a professional diagnosis and estimate of repair done?
Then you would be better able to make a wise decision.
