Default 2006 Ford 500 disconnected battery caused problems

I disconnected my battery in an attempt to reset the computer and and now it won't get any gas to the engine. It was running decently well before I unhooked the battery except for the inconsistent idle and transmission issue. Now it won't run at all and it is a bit of an issue. I've watched every YouTube video on the planet. Please help

Uncalled for...........
Checking for base power distribution drop out would be my first step. As part of a 'step' procedure for missing source, and probably some pin out tests to see whats active, whats not..Maybe not circuit protection related with a simple battery disconnect as cause, but knowing supply inputs are there (PCM, Fuel relay, Inertia, Fuel Driver) within a no start are needed, You make no mention of any checks.. But trying to be of help should never receive a unkind response...............
