What's the exact problem please be specific.
Any DTCs?
Additionally what's the 8th character of your VIN. V or W?
BTW there is a better forum to post this, which is under "Past Ford Models" -> "Other Makes/Models owned by Ford Motor Company"

Okay, so I posted in wrong forum? I did not see a relevant sub forum and a DDM is in most modern Ford vehicles and trucks..
My question was is any vendor repairing these DDMs as some Ford modules are being repaired such as climate control, ABS brake, etc. .
A DDM does not set any code. As name implies it is called a "driver door module" because its in the driver's door. It controls the keyless entry, door, rear trunk/lift gate, entry light, etc. depending on the trim level I assume. I think the Ford part # is more important the a VIN since same module would be in multiple Ford vehicles. I have to dismantle the driver door to see the part # on the DDM

If you have a specific DTC I can click and jump right into the exact pinpoint test. Even if you don't, I asked for symptoms or issues that lead you to believe your DDM is the culprit, you haven't told us any.

If you google "2006 lincoln town car ddm repair" you can see the very first search result gives you: https://www.upfix.com/product/lincol...le-ddm-repair/ You can search ebay for more shops. You are correct, repair it, don't buy a used one and reprogram it. Better yet if you have a capable scanner like Foxwell NT510 Elite or Forscan you can try to reset DDM or perhaps BCM as well and see if it fixes the issues. So follow procedures above and see if it is electrical/wiring problems other than the DDM itself.

Yes, as I stated above DDM controls the keyless entry, door lock actuators, seat memory, mirror memory, trunk open actuator, etc on an 2006 TC. 1st I noticed that my key fobs stopped working, so I replaced both batteries and nothing.
Upon testing other systems it seems I have a bad driver side rear door actuator not working.
I cannot open the door from outside or inside of the car. I think this is the culprit? Does alldata say how to open a locked door?
I assume I have to remove the panel and interior handle.
Thank you for the info.
If a new rear door actuator is not the fix I think module repair is way to go. I am not buying a junkyard module and have it be bad also.

Pinpoint-F and Pinpoint-ALL attached below. Work on your FOBs first, it might also fix your rear door automatically if electrically and not mechanically.

You said your driver rear door is stuck, I would remove the passenger side interior trim as the reference, then use coat hanger if you have to and patiently work on your driver rear door to get it to open. And put the entire interior door in your garage until the issue is resolved.
Front door interior panel removal below, you said you need to remove it to get to DDM.
