Have you had a chance to have your vehicle checked for any codes in the vehicle's computer?
Might help provide some direction.

Some systems have what is referred to as a bias voltage sent to them to run a quick check on system integrity before the vehicle even moves.
It would appear your vehicle has detected a fault in the system that is causing the wrench lite to illuminate. It would be a good idea to either check or have it checked for possibly something other than a questionable throttle body.

Can you post the data stream readings , (RPM, coolant temp, fuel trim,TPS, all the data it can provide at idle and at 2500 RPM ?
We may be able to spot a problem if able to see that info.
