I have a 2011 Ford Fusion. SE. 3.0 Flex. The climate system only blows hot air (when the engine is up to temperature), regardless of the temperature control. When I turn the temp dial, I can hear the door door actuator moving.

Thoughts?

 

What you hear may very well be the motor attempting to move the door, but the connection (mechanical) may be broken or worn and that could be why you see no change.Best if the actuator assy is removed to confirm if damaged/worn.
