Unhappy 2019 1.5 ecoboost escape issue

Took my Escape in to dealer for first oil change (4800 miles). Immediately upon starting to leave service dept. felt like it had a rough idle. On the drive home (about 2 miles) it felt sluggish. Pressed down about half way on gas and it didn't want to rev very well and a ton of smoke was pouring out the back. upon arriving home checked the oil, not only did it not look like new oil it was showing a good ways overfull. Called service advisor and headed back to dealership and as I pulled onto lot check engine light started blinking and car started shaking and had almost 0 power. Service advisor checked oil on dipstick and agreed with me about oil not looking like it had been changed and that it showed overfilled. After waiting about half an hour he came to me and stated that the tech showed him the amount of oil that was drained out and that it was too much but not by as much as the dipstick made it seem and that he wished he could say it was their fault he didn't believe that is the case and proceeded to tell me about the 1.5 EB having coolant leak into cylinder issues. I told him I new about that and had been keeping an eye on my coolant level and it has never lost any in the 6 months I have had it,and was still full at that moment, then he said he was going to put me in a loaner and call in couple of days. As I was getting some things out of my Escape in the service bay the tech came up to me and service advisor and said it showed a misfire on 2 cylinders and showed us 2 spark plugs that were really black looking on the end and said the porcelain was cracked on both. The car was running as fine as the day I bought it until immediately after oil change. Any opinions are appreciated. Thanks.

Sometimes things just happen.
Not much choice at this point. Probably best to wait and see what they find.

I agree, I am going to see what they tell me before I react. Thanks.

Sometimes we get more flies with molasses than with vinegar. Hard to tell at this time, but does appear you have a good relationship with this service dept and being truthful goes a long way. I know you do not have to do this, but I have never seen a service dept refuse donuts when you come to check on the status of your vehicle. Tomorrow always comes and good relationships makes for good customers and good business.

Update...Had Escape back about 2 weeks, so far so good. They put 2 new plugs in the cylinders that showed a misfire and reset the parameters in the computer, stated they were not sure what caused the issue.

Thank you for the update.
You tried to do the right thing and they were decent enough to provide a loaner, so that was a good start.
There may have been more that wasn't told, but if you are satisfied, that is what counts. A suggestion, stay in touch with the service dept even if it is to report no problems. They don't mind getting good news. If, on the other hand, any addl other problems come up , you are not a stranger and are willing to share the good news with the bad , if any.!
What do you think? Did you ever bring the donuts ? lol

No I never took the donuts. lol I have a long history with this dealership, was friends with the original owner. I have bought vehicles there for 25 plus years. It has been under new ownership for several months now, and I told myself I would not do business there any more, but some of the old employees are still there so I decided to give it a chance and bought this Escape, which was new not used. With that being said, two of the service advisors are ones that are still there that know me on a first name basis. I still believe deep down there is more to the story but don’t have facts, so it is what it is at this point. If someone is not being honest, they will have to live with that. I have had issues with several of my Fords that I bought new and even though Ford/Dealership always stepped up, I am really starting to have second thoughts about staying loyal to ford after 35 years. Starting to really think about Fords quality, or lack of a lot lately. We shall see how this Escape does over the long term ??
