93explorer...fuel pump issue

Default 93explorer...fuel pump issue
Fuel pump not commi.g on....take it out wire it direct it comes on...checked all relays...thays fine....been checking wires ..good too....replaced pump and reset switch...but when evedything back together all I get is a beep beep beeo...and no pump..please help

When you first turn the key on can you tell if the fuel pump relay is getting energized for the 2 seconds it is supposed to get energized?
