hello today my 98 ford explorer suddenly stopped running while i was driving.
and now will not start. it is trying to turn over but will not. it has power and fuel. i tried spark test but failed no spark can anyone help please. thank you much appreciated.

Drew: no spark would suggest a bad coil pack or no power to the coil pack.

Anyway that's where I would look first.


....and if I am wrong, hanky will correct me.

 

Is it alright if I wait for the solution to the problem before I correct anybody ?
What about checking all the fuses? Sometimes the simple things often get overlooked mostly by me.

 

Hanky, are you checking if your hindsight is still 20/20?
