Default Bellowing smoke after timing chain replacement

Hello all, new to this whole forum ideal, but I’m completely lost, so I’ll try to be quick?

2014 explorer 3.5 eco boost, ran, drove, shifted great. I was driving and popped a cel for p0016. Other than the code, NO ISSUES. Bought a timing set with water pump, tore it apart, replaced everything, and it started right up, no codes, no misfires, nothing. But it is smoking out of the exhaust so bad it can’t be driven. Literally cannot see out of the back glass. Absolutely bellowing white/greyish colored smoke and kind of smells like gas. Had no issues with overheating, turbos, nothing. Any advice will be appreciated.
