Can I add AC to my 02 f350 4x4?

Adding AC today is nothing like it used to be. The newer vehicles have among other things like idle speed that needs to be managed by the vehicle computer. Then there is another module that controls body functions and this gets really complicated. Your best bet would be to check with an AC shop or a dealer.
