Hey Guys,
So I bought a 2015 F150 with a Roush power Pac 2 which had 98000km on it. The Previous owner installed a Roush Kit at 11,000km and had all warranty work done at the same dealership.
I put 4000km on the truck since I bought it and transferred the ESP warranty over to myself at the dealership and paid the fee.

The impeller shaft bearing went on the p/s turbo and destroyed the engine. The shop ho had done all previous repairs to this truck under warranty denied the Warranty claim due to Roush Modifications..... Quoted me $18897 for new long block, turbos...….. and denied previous knowledge of the Roush Modifications even though it was advertised in bold lettering on all sides of the truck and under the hood 90,000km ago and many visits to the dealership ago.

They sold the previous owner the ESP Contract at 47,000 km.
I find it hard to believe after all the codes they had run in the past they never "new" of the PCM Programming Mod.

NOW WHAT IM SCREWED and only bought the truck b/c of the Warranty
DO I SUE FOR SALE/TRANSFER OF INELIGABLE WARRANTY?
