Default Cooling Fan won't shut off

Anyone have any ideas on why my wife's '96 TBird's cooling fan won't shut off? Car not hot, just at normal operating temp. Waited long time after key off, radiator fan still runs. Finally disconnented it so as not to drain battery overnight.

TIA
Guy

Could be the CCRM (Constant Control Relay Module)... May have a failing/sticking relay within the module..Here's a pic of the circuit/s, and one for location..

That year T-Bird comes with two type of engines (V6 & V8)....I am not sure if it make a difference.
But I agree with what (Hayapower) shared above....its a good bet that the Constant Control Relay Module needs replacing.

Thanks for the recommendation. Is there a way to test the CCRM, or is it best to just replace it? Oh, yes, it's a V8.
