Since you didn't mention why you want to change the converter, have you checked out the price for the replacement yet?

Its just because it's gone bad....and the part it about 250$$$

Can I ask if you know why it is bad? Is there a cause that needs to be corrected before it is replaced? It's just my inquisitive nature that causes me to ask these questions because the "root cause" is always a consideration. Thanks
