FORD Five Hundred - 6 Fault Codes-HELP
I have a 2007 FORD Five Hundred SEL FWD w/ 6 speed trans. 235,000 miles. I keep it well maintained with only Motorcraft Parts (if possible).
Driving Fine All Day , parked, came out of store- starts fine, But can't make it across parking lot. Stumbles & red PATS light comes on & dies. 6 listed fault codes: U-0300, P-060A, P-1000, P-0642, P-2105, P-2107. Took to FORD dealer I bought it from new after I couldn't diagnose. I've tried NEW Battery, Throttle Body, & Throttle Pedal. They had it a month. They thought since motor mounts bad & motor shifting, Might be a break in harness. They replaced all motor & Trans. mounts. They said "Could not duplicate codes with moving harness (NLA)". Next, They said " PCM must be bad (NLA)". I got a rebuilt PCM from All Computer Resources in FL. Comes with keys programmed to my VIN, Just cut new keys. Plug & Play; Lifetime Guarantee. Took Another month & They installed it. They said " Alternator was erratic", So It was replaced. I was told car was fixed. Paid thousands & made it just blocks. Ck. Light on, Stumbles & Dies if rpm's below 2,000. Keep speed up, It runs for many miles. Drop speed to stop, Stumbles, Bucks, & Pats light comes on & DIES. Absolutely the exact same problem I filled out the work order with. Got the car home. Have been arguing with FORD Dealer for 2 months. They won't take it back in under a guarantee. Managers won't talk to me OR return calls. Won't refund anything. I checked and all of the original codes listed above are now in the New PCM too. I'm don't know where to turn next. I'm diagnosing on my own, Bought a BOSCH 1350 scanner & know how to use a multi-meter. Got the FORD wiring diagram manual.
PLEASE, If any ideas (other than trash the vehicle), I sure could use help as to what to try next. I've thrown thousands to "Professionals", Only to be back to the beginning on my own. I'm a Yamaha motorcycle mechanic of 52 years, But I'm a bit over my head here. I don't have a scope OR Programming equipment. Any & All advice would be appreciated.

First there is a problem with the PCM..
You are going to need a shop that can reprogram it and your vehicle for you.
then,,,,,,,,we won't know if a lot of problems won't go away until that is done.
There is a problem presently coming out of the PCM regarding system reference voltage.
Also, your scan tool won't help here until that is done.
You have a choice of having someone come out and do the programming at your home or take another chance.with providing your VIN and having it done that way.
Either way it will not be cheap.. The place has to have a subscription to the Ford website to access the as built info to install the program and the equip to do it.
There may also be another problem that was misdiagnosed and brought us to where we are now.
Every time someone gets loose on a vehicle, they add another problem because there is what started all this and it was never found.
By the way,,,,,,,,,,,,what was the ORIGINAL problem?
