Good evening, I purchased a new 2018 F150 and still today, cannot sync my phone with the FordPass feature. Not sure if I am doing anything wrong. I can select the App on the display but it keeps flashing back and forth with no connection.

By ‘screen’ are you referring to your phone or vehicle?
You downloaded the phone APP first?

 

I do have the app on my phone. The screen in question is the one in the vehicle.

 

So,, your registration went through?
I tried to access my FordPass today and it said they’re have technical issues..
