I wanted to share this with the forum. I have 2013 Escape and was having an issue with my navigation system; GPS was about a block off. This really messed up any kind of directions and navigation help I was trying to get. I found one article on the web, don't know how, haven't been able to find it since but it suggested pulling the GPS fuse which would let the system reset. I had already tried the Sync factory reset which off course eased all my saves, oh well. Anyway, got my owner's manual out, found the fuse I was looking for, my car it was under the glove box. Pulled the fuse, gave it about 10 minutes before I plugged it back in and, IT WORKED!!! My GPS and map are not spot on, been over a month now and no issues. Hope this helps someone as frustrated as I was, calling the dealer was useless, wanted me to bring the car in and charge me $120 to check it out.

 

Chuck - I have the same issue with my F350 Sync 3. Will try the fuse thing and see if it gets fixed. Thanks
