I have a 2020 Escape Hybrid with a rotary shifter. It appears that grade assist is on. Not sure how to turn it off. When I looked in the owners manual it said to turn it off. But doesn’t say where the button / **** is?!? I contacted Ford owners.com and was sent a video that doesn’t help because it’s of a shifter that isn’t mine. Thanks in advance for your answers.

Once you get used to it , you may just like it enough to keep it.
