Default Hard Starting

2010 F150 lariat 5.4L. Daily driving, short jaunts no issues. When I travel interstate for several hours, stop for fuel. She is hard to start. I have to floor the accelerator and when she does start I have to feather that accelerator to help keep it running. Usually takes about a minute then she runs fine. She has new plugs and coil packs. The only mod is cold air intake.
Please help.

There re a few things that should be checked.
Might be a good idea to start with having the vehicle checked for any codes. Might be something there, maybe not,but that is as good a place to start as any.
There could be a fuel system problem or maybe an Emission control problem. Diagnosing over the net is really not a good thing to do.
A good shop with a good tech will have some idea where to start checking since special tools and knowledge will be required.

Thank you for your reply. I will start with checking for codes (I have not gotten any check engine lights).
