Default HElP! 1986 Ford 460 fuel pump wiring question with pictures--

I have not been able to get my 1986 E350 motorhome going after replacing many parts., ||l
It's down to a few stray wires that are important but are not connected to anything.

By the way it's a 1986 E350 I believe it has a 464 engine letter L eightth letter vin
0 where do these wires go?

Always hot
Always hot

For someone else this may be quite simple.
The pictures explain it all, but basically I turn my key to the on position and the fuel pump runs., (
.
Another set of wires that appear to be coming from the fuel pump relay or not connected to anything.
If I put them on 12 volt, the fuel pum111111p will turn on and not shut off..

That is my main problem. It does not seem like any fuel is getting to the carburetor even though the fuel pump is running ., /
There was also a blue wire that travels to the battery with a fusible link and then heads back toward the dash to the left of the steering wheel in in the cab somewhere.l would like to know what that is for

And last, my voltage regulator has two yellow wires coming out of the a terminal. The light green and yellow wire that is going nowhere appears to be hot. I'm getting conflicting information when trying to find out where these go.

I'm desperate for help on this one.
