hi i got a 98 windstar 3.8l and the engine dies like it has run out of gas it will not restart unless i prime it. i have found that the front bank intake manifold runner is not working properly. i can work the rear bank by vacuum but the front bank closes and the idle just bounces and the engine wants to die when it comes to a stop. i have tried to follow the vacuum lines from that runner but cannot seem to find where it goes. any ideas or help? anything would be appreciated. thanks

 

Just about all vehicles have a vacuum diagram under the hood .If yours is still there it should tell you where the various hoses go.
