The latest update to the FordPass app is pretty much useless. The lock/unlock and the remote start works intermittently and the location functions is absolutely horrible now. It was decent a few revisions back but the latest revision you have no idea if the location is current or correct. I called and spoke to customer support several weeks ago and this is a know issue and the old version can not be reloaded in the mean time. One would think that with the size of Ford Motor Company that they would be able to correct the issues with the FordPass app or at least go and enlist the help of some high school coders to fix the issues for them. Come on Ford you are better than this.

 

Currently says my escape is down to not waste the battery and drive it tto reconnect. It is being driven right now but does not connect. absolute tripe.
