low clutch pedal
brand new to this particular forum. gotta '96 explorer 4WD, 5 sp., brand new clutch, resurf'd flywheel, pressure plate, master cyl, etc, etc. probably less then 1K miles on it. the release/engagement point of the clutch is very very low on the pedal. i agree with this forum that there's probably an air pocket somewhere. also agree that these buggers are a pain to bleed andget all the air out. Anyone have any little secrets they want to share, getting all the air outa this system. I saw one note, running a line from the slave up to the reservoir and bleed the sys the same way you would prime a master cyl. Any other ideas?

i re-bled the system again yesterday using the line trick between the trans and resevoir and seems to have gotten the air pocket out of the master cyl. I spoke to the shop who did my clutch, and they are aware of the headaches this system causes. The angle of the master causes air to get trapped.
