No turn signals and brake light F-150 2002

My turn signals and brake lights don't work when the steering wheel is lowered.( Tilt steering wheel) Please help!!

If they work when the wheel is in the up position, you either have a loose wire coming out of the multi-function switch, or a wire grounding out against the column when the wheel is lowered.
