Default Power seat help

Not sure if this is the right thread to post but I’m desperate at this point
ive got a 2018 ford fusion SE and the passenger power seat is stuck all the way forward. spent about 6 hours messing with it tonight with no luck. Tried removing the seat but unable to get to the front bolts & taking the back ones out did nothing. Not sure what the thing poking out of the motor is called, but other make/model videos referred to it as looking like “a flexible drill bit”. Very little room to work and try to stick it back in. Took the side panel off after seeing videos of manually moving the seat using the intact side of the “bit” but I couldn’t get to it due to what I think was part of the track. Motor still makes noise & visibly vibrates when trying to move forward & back. Can’t find much information on this, would appreciate any and all help/advice/experiences.

Motor (I believe) with “flexible drill bit” sticking out, I believe needs to be in the small hole down and to the right just a hair.
